This large property is mostly wooded, containing large expanses of interior forest habitat including swamp forest. The property forms an important core natural area, serving as a vital headwater for Venison Creek and the Little Otter Creek watersheds. Portions of the property also contain cultural meadows which provide habitat for open-ground species and pollinators.
